Kidmi and Perati

The calculator also shows two methods that appear in Kabbalistic writing and on most comparison tables.

Mispar Kidmi (triangular)

Each letter is worth the sum of all the letters up to and including it: א = 1, ב = 1 + 2 = 3, ג = 1 + 2 + 3 = 6, and so on to ת = 1495.

Mispar Perati (squares)

Each letter’s standard value is squared before adding, so א = 1, י = 100 and ת = 160,000.
